STOCK TIPS: BUY LOW/SELL HIGH

There's most likely just one more month in your league before the trade deadline. If your team is generally solid, it still would be wise to add some depth because of injuries. Those who are not so fortunate probably are looking for one trade to put your team over the hump. Regardless, don't ever be content with your team because you can always get better.

BUY LOW

Ronnie Brown- It's really a tough situation for Brown owners. Most likely they are happy about Brown's best performance of the season, but they would still be willing to move him because of his lack of overall production this season. You could not get Brown dirt cheap, but he has a weak schedule ahead of him, and if you can get him, he'll be a very good RB 2 for your team.

Hines Ward- His early season struggles were a direct connection to that of Ben Roethlisberger's. Big Ben will eventually get back to his normal production this season, and once he does Ward will regain his top 20 WR form.

Edgerrin James- Last week was rock bottom for Edge. There's no way it could get worse. There's a chance you could acquire James for a backup RB, and I highly recommend you do. If you're not giving up much at all, there's no risk in adding him to your bench. He has several poor defense left on his schedule, and if he turns things around, you look like a genius.

Rex Grossman- A lot of Sexy Rexy owners will panic this week after one of the worst QB performances ever. The Bears play the Giants and Patriots in their final ten weeks. That's the extent of their tough games. Grossman should be a solid fantasy QB for the rest of the year, and if you can get hi, he's definitely worth it.

SELL HIGH

Kevin Jones- I'm going to give it to you straight here: Kevin Jones isn't good. How quickly we forget his 10 carry 8 yard performance after he topped 100 yards last week for the first time in a year. If that doesn't convince you, this will; Kevin Jones faces the Bears in week 16 which is the common fantasy football finals for most leagues. Try to find some one who doesn't know these things and get a more reliable RB for him.

Travis Henry- Congratulations, if you started Henry the last two weeks. Now trade him and get all you can. He plays Houston next week, so if you want to get his value at an all-time high, you should wait one more week. Then the Titans play six solid defenses in the final nine weeks. Also during this time, the Titans will try to get LenDale White carries.
