STOCK TIPS: BUY LOW OR SELL HIGH

Well, from all reliable sources it appears that Terrell Owens only has a few more days alive before he enters the hellish environment that is known as Lincoln Financial Field. I'm not saying to trade Terrell Owens, but I know firsthand how hostile Philadelphia fans can be so don't be surprised if anything you would never expect happens. In addition to Terrell Owens, another troubled WR is in the news. Rumors are swirling of Randy Moss possibly being traded to Jacksonville. This would be a boost to Moss's career as he would be reunited with Mike Tice. It's definitely something to keep an eye on. Now for some actual stock tips.

BUY LOW

Antonio Gates- If San Diego wants to make the playoffs this season, they're going to have to throw the ball more, especially to their TE Antonio Gates. So far this season, Gates has 122 yards and 1 TD. It's possible he could equal that total in any given week. After their matchup with Pittsburgh, San Diego has a string of games against poor defenses. Gates' numbers should see a significant boost during this time.

Ben Roethlisberger- Big Ben had the most cursed offseasons in recent memory. He's showed early in the season that he still wasn't all the way back, but following the bye week and more practice, he should like very comfortable in the coming weeks. The running game is there and with defenses committed to stopping Willie Parker, Roethlisberger will have several good opportunities to throw. His boost in numbers should also give Hines Ward a boost.

Chris Cooley- Washington's offense is finally beginning to click. With teams focused on such big weapons as Santana Moss and Clinton Portis, several role players will find themselves more open than ever before. Brunell's favorite redzone target Cooley should now begin to get the TDs he racked up last year.

SELL HIGH

Brian Westbrook- The Eagles stud RB is the biggest catch 22 in fantasy football right now. He's one of the most productive fantasy RBs in the sport right now, but his nagging injuries are already starting to wear him down. It appears that unless they Eagles commit to resting him now, he may be out for your fantasy playoffs. You could probably get a lot for him right now, and therefore it may be time to move him.

David Carr- The often sacked Texans QB has put up QB 1 numbers so far this year. However, he is far from a QB 1, and if you can trade him for one, it's a must do. The Texans have no running game and once again, a weak offensive line. Eventually, Carr's numbers will creep back down to what we have come to expect.

Byron Leftwich- This is another QB who's off to an impressive start, but has shown throughout his career that he is just a mediocre fantasy QB. Leftwich has never topped 15 TDs in his career and with an ailing Matt Jones, it seems unlikely that he'll put up big TD numbers. However, if the Jaguars get Randy Moss, reuniting him with his old coach and a Marshall QB.......
